Can I use the address in google mybusiness?

Does the contract have a contract period?

No. It is a flexible contract with no minimum contract period.

Are registered letters or other official notifications collected?

If the contract is in force and you authorise us to do so, we will collect registered mail and other notices and notify you by email (as with all other correspondence).

Can I collect my correspondence in person?

Yes, we store all correspondence received by your company and either collect it or forward it to you.

Does the service include telephone support?

The direct debit service does not include the telephone service, but you can contract it separately for only €9/month.

If I have not incorporated the company, can I contract the service?

Before incorporating the company it is not possible to sign the contract, but once you have the name in the register, you can provide us with the data to make a pre-activation (free of charge) and then give the definitive address at the notary’s office.

Do you have meeting rooms available for occasional use?

Yes, direct debit clients have access to book meeting rooms by the hour. The rate for basic registered office clients is 16€/hour.
